About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position for Winter 2027. You will join the Reverse Logistics team to support operations through data analysis and process improvement. This role offers an opportunity to apply your academic background in a hands-on, professional environment while building connections across the business.
What you'll do#
- Identify and analyze trend data for returns, repairs, and remanufacturing operations.
- Build and maintain data views to track operational performance and quality trends.
- Ensure process data effectively feeds into KPI and user dashboards.
- Connect Reverse Logistics insights to broader product and customer quality data.
- Find ways to improve business processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage project work related to Reverse Logistics operations.
- Present project reviews through written reports and oral presentations to Supply Chain management.
What you'll need#
- Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of data reporting and the use cases for collected data.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Creativity in analyzing data sets.
- Self-motivation and a sense of urgency.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Data Science.
- Knowledge of Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain operations, 8D Problem Solving, Six Sigma, or Lean Principles is a plus.
- Ability to handle complex tasks and lead team initiatives is preferred.

- Location: Framingham, Massachusetts.
- Format: Hybrid and on-site.
- Duration: Full-time from January 11 through June 25, 2027.
- Compensation: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.
