About the role#
This co-op position joins our Data and Analytics Center of Excellence. You will gain hands-on experience by working with experienced professionals to support data-driven solutions. You will help transform diverse raw datasets into insights that support marketing, engineering, product development, supply chain, and finance teams. This role uses a modern technology stack including AWS and Snowflake.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain business-critical data pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Design and implement logical and physical data models to improve data access.
- Clean and structure datasets through data wrangling and preprocessing.
- Build and maintain semantic layers for dashboard development and data science projects.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Apply best practices for data governance, security, and quality assurance.
- Contribute to new tools and techniques to improve engineering efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program.
- Majors in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Full availability from January 11 to June 25, 2027.
- Willingness to relocate on your own to Framingham, Massachusetts.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on using data for decision-making.

- This is a full-time, paid co-op position.
- The role is on-site.
- Primary work location is Framingham, Massachusetts, with additional site options in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and Atlanta, Georgia.
- The program covers the Winter and Summer 2027 terms.
