About the role#
Bose Corporation is seeking a student for a Product Compliance and Safety Co-op. This role is based in Framingham, Massachusetts, and runs from January 11 through June 25, 2027. You will support initiatives related to the safety returns process and help manage product certification documentation for global markets.
What you'll do#
- Facilitate and manage key initiatives for the Safety Returns Process, including presenting updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with sample management for Safety Returns and Field Performance Management, ensuring all items are tracked and documented.
- Partner with the Certification team to document and improve processes.
- Learn about country-specific certification requirements and renewals.
- Identify ways to improve tools, documentation, and team workflows.
- Collaborate with teams across engineering, compliance, legal, operations, and quality.
What you'll need#
- Project management experience in cross-functional environments.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in continuous improvement and structured problem solving, including 8D, Six Sigma, or Lean principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience with or interest in learning Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- A willingness to ask questions and take ownership of assignments.

- Location: Framingham, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11 to June 25, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.
- Note: This position does not offer relocation assistance and requires current U.S. work authorization.
