About the role#
As a Cybersecurity Analyst Intern, you will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside experienced professionals to research, analyze, and address real-world security challenges, vulnerabilities, and risks. This program offers hands-on experience in areas such as incident response, threat intelligence, and data analysis. You will apply knowledge gained from your studies to help defend against cyber adversaries and protect critical infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze security vulnerabilities and risks.
- Document findings and communicate recommendations to both technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with teammates to develop solutions that strengthen security for clients.
- Investigate security incidents and analyze technical data.
- Apply cybersecurity concepts to realistic scenarios.
What you'll need#
- Experience conducting basic cybersecurity research, analysis, or technical problem-solving through coursework, labs, competitions, or projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience using a scripting or programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Assembly, Perl, R, or Bash.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering, with an expected graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
