About the role#
This is an 8-month internship position for the Winter 2027 term based in Dorval, Quebec. You will work within the Internship Experience Team to support recruitment and HR operations. This is a full-time, paid, hybrid role open to current students.
What you'll do#
- Manage candidate due diligence and maintain accurate files throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare documents for new employee integration.
- Support interns and managers with HR-related tasks and day-to-day management.
- Coordinate with HR business partners, managers, and universities on recruitment initiatives.
- Conduct telephone interviews for pre-selected candidates.
- Organize social and networking activities for interns and represent the company at university events.
- Analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making.
- Help optimize recruitment processes, including the transition to new candidate management systems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program in administration, preferably with a focus on human resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- A structured, organized, and meticulous approach to your work.
- A proactive mindset toward problem solving and a positive, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well within a team.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (8 months).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Note: This position is for students only. You may be required to travel outside of Canada occasionally for work or training purposes.
