About the role#
This internship supports project management activities within the Research and Technology department. You will help track project schedules, manage financial metrics, and monitor progress with various stakeholders. This role involves improving existing project management processes, such as change management and gate reviews, while working on technical aviation projects.
What you'll do#
- Develop and update project schedules.
- Prepare financial metrics and other core project planning components.
- Create weekly and monthly progress presentations.
- Design flow diagrams to document processes.
- Help refine risk and opportunity management workflows.
- Coordinate regular monitoring processes with project stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university engineering program, such as Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Completion of at least two years of your degree program.
- Strong interest in project management, innovation, and technology development.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel features like Pivot Tables and Power Query.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Note: This position is open to students only, not recent graduates.
