About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides an introduction to commercial banking at BOK Financial. You will gain exposure to the organization through a mix of classroom sessions, self-study courses, and hands-on training. The program is designed for students completing their junior year of college who are interested in developing financial, analytical, and sales skills. Successful interns may be considered for the associate rotational development program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in internal training programs and self-study courses focused on bank operations, markets, and strategies.
- Analyze business situations, draw conclusions, and present data and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate on group projects, including the Battle of the Interns.
- Build professional relationships with managers, mentors, and peers.
- Complete assigned duties and special projects within the commercial banking line of business.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to participate in training programs and group project collaboration.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
- The program occurs during the summer of 2026.
