About the role#
This internship is a 10-week program designed for students finishing their junior year of college. You will gain broad knowledge of the financial services industry through a mix of classroom sessions, hands-on training, and group projects. This role serves as a pipeline for our Associate rotational development program after you graduate.
What you'll do#
- Participate in classroom, self-study, and hands-on curriculum.
- Build relationships with managers, mentors, and peers.
- Analyze situations, present data, and make recommendations on special projects.
- Engage in internal training programs focused on bank operations, markets, and strategies.
- Join a project team for the Battle of the Interns competition.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Political Science, Mathematics, or Accounting.
- Training in financial services.
- Strong analytical and sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work on special projects.
