About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program based in Oklahoma City. It is designed for students currently completing their Junior year of college. You will gain broad knowledge of the financial services industry through a mix of classroom sessions, self-study, and on-the-job training. Successful completion of this program may lead to consideration for an Associate rotational development role after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in internal training programs and self-study courses to build your skills.
- Analyze data and present your findings or recommendations.
- Engage in special projects to develop your financial, analytical, and sales capabilities.
- Collaborate with a team for the Battle of the Interns project.
- Build relationships with managers, mentors, and your fellow interns.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- You have some exposure to the financial services industry.
- You have a clear interest in Wealth Management.
- You work well in a team environment.
- You are willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
