About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program based in Tulsa. It provides a foundation in financial services through a mix of classroom learning, self-study, and hands-on work. You will focus on developing analytical and project management skills while learning about bank operations and strategy. Successful interns may be considered for the Associate rotational development program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured 10-week curriculum that includes classroom sessions and technical training.
- Work on special projects and team assignments, including the Battle of the Interns project.
- Build relationships with managers, mentors, and fellow interns.
- Analyze data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Complete internal training programs to build your knowledge of the business.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, ideally completing your Junior year.
- Familiarity with financial and analytical concepts.
- Ability to engage in both classroom and self-study coursework.
- Strong communication skills for presenting data and making recommendations.
- Ability to work in an office setting and lift up to 20 lbs.
