About the role#
This internship is a 10-week program designed for students completing their junior year of college. It offers exposure to the financial services industry through a mix of classroom sessions, on-the-job training, and project work. The program aims to develop your financial, analytical, and sales skills. After completing the internship, you may be considered for an associate rotational development program following your graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured 10-week program including classroom, self-study, and hands-on curriculum.
- Build professional relationships with managers, mentors, and peers.
- Work on special projects where you will analyze situations, draw conclusions, and present recommendations.
- Join a project team for the Battle of the Interns competition.
- Develop an understanding of bank operations, markets, and strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
- An interest in the financial services industry.
- Skills in data presentation and analysis.
- Ability to participate in internal training programs and hands-on curriculum.
- Majors considered include Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Communications, and Cybersecurity.
