About the role#
This is a 10-week internship program designed to build your financial, analytical, and sales skills. You will work across different areas of the bank to gain a broad understanding of our operations, markets, and strategies. This role is a pathway to being considered for our Associate rotational development program after you graduate.
What you'll do#
- Complete a mix of classroom sessions, self-study courses, and hands-on training.
- Build professional relationships with your managers, mentors, and fellow interns.
- Analyze business situations, draw conclusions, and present your recommendations.
- Join a project team to compete in the Battle of the Interns.
- Engage in various assigned duties and projects throughout the bank.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- You have a team-oriented mindset and the ability to build authentic relationships.
- You can analyze complex situations and provide clear recommendations.
- You possess strong communication skills.
- You are ready to participate in internal training and self-study programs.

- This position is based on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- The internship takes place during the Summer of 2026.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
