About the role#
This internship offers a 10-week immersive experience within the Consumer Strategies line of business. You will gain broad knowledge of the financial services industry while preparing for a potential role in our Associate rotational development program after you graduate. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Tulsa.
What you'll do#
- Participate in internal training programs, self-study courses, and hands-on curriculum.
- Engage in special projects, including the Battle of the Interns project team.
- Analyze business situations, draw conclusions, and present your recommendations.
- Build professional relationships with managers, mentors, and peers.
- Develop your financial, analytical, and sales skills through direct experience.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your Junior year of college by the start of the program.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong analytical and sales skills.
- A solid understanding of banking operations.
- The ability to build authentic relationships with others.
