About the role#
The Accelerated Career Track Intern program is a 10-week summer experience designed for students currently completing their junior year of college. This role provides broad exposure to the financial services industry through a mix of classroom sessions, technical training, and hands-on work within a specific business line. Successful completion of this internship may lead to consideration for the Associate rotational development program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in classroom, self-study, and hands-on curriculum focused on bank operations, markets, and strategies.
- Build professional relationships with managers, mentors, and peers.
- Analyze situations, draw conclusions, and present data and recommendations.
- Contribute to special projects and participate in the Battle of the Interns project with a team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, with a preference for majors in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
- An understanding of the financial services industry.
- The ability to work effectively on a team.
- A capacity for analytical thinking and making recommendations based on data.
- Willingness to participate in training programs and self-study courses.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Dallas, Texas.
- The program takes place during the summer of 2027.
- The role requires working in an office environment and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
