About the role#
This internship is a 10-week program designed for students finishing their Junior year of college. You will gain exposure to commercial banking through a mix of classroom learning, technical training, and hands-on experience. The program aims to build your financial, analytical, and sales skills. Successful interns may be considered for a role in the Associate rotational development program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in classroom, self-study, and hands-on training sessions.
- Analyze data and present your findings or recommendations to the team.
- Work on special projects, including the Battle of the Interns project competition.
- Build relationships with managers, mentors, and peers across the organization.
- Focus on understanding bank operations, markets, and business strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Previous experience in financial services.
- An understanding of bank operations and strategies.
- Ability to work effectively on team projects.
