About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program for students currently completing their Junior year of college. You will gain broad knowledge of the financial services industry through a mix of classroom sessions, on-the-job training, and technical coursework. This program is designed to build your analytical and sales skills while preparing you for a potential role in our Associate rotational development program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Complete classroom, self-study, and hands-on curriculum focused on bank operations, markets, and strategies.
- Build relationships with managers, mentors, and peers.
- Work on special projects where you will analyze situations, present data, and make recommendations.
- Participate in the Battle of the Interns as part of a project team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
- You have an interest in the financial services industry.
- You possess analytical and sales skills.
- You are able to participate in internal training programs and self-study courses.

- This role is based in Oklahoma City, OK.
- The internship is a full-time, on-site position.
