About the role#
This program is designed for previous Boeing interns seeking to continue their development through a conversion opportunity for Summer 2026. You will work within engineering projects related to space systems, military systems, commercial aircraft, or technology development. This is a full-time, paid internship designed to help you build the skills and professional network necessary to become a future leader in the aerospace industry.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering projects across various technical domains.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.
- Interact directly with company leadership to discuss strategy and the future of the industry.
- Tour manufacturing and research facilities to gain hands-on exposure to products.
What you'll need#
- Previous internship experience with Boeing.
- Current enrollment in a core engineering or applied sciences degree program, including Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, as well as Cybersecurity or Data Science.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
