About the role#
This internship program is designed for previous Boeing interns looking to return for the Summer 2027 term. Participants will gain hands-on experience in the aerospace industry while working alongside mentors to solve real-world problems. This is a paid, full-time opportunity focused on professional development and preparing students for future leadership roles.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering projects across areas including space systems, military systems, commercial aircraft, and technology development.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.
- Interact directly with company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of the industry.
- Gain professional skills and knowledge necessary to become a future leader in aerospace.
- Tour state-of-the-art manufacturing and research facilities to see products up close.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a core engineering or applied sciences discipline, including Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, as well as Cybersecurity or Data Science.
- Previous internship experience with Boeing.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Note that the employer does not provide visa sponsorship.
