About the role#
This paid internship program offers students the opportunity to support engineering projects across space systems, military systems, commercial aircraft, and technology development. Over the course of 10 to 12 weeks, interns work directly with a mentor to solve real-world problems, gain hands-on experience, and interact with company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of the industry.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering projects in specialized fields such as electronic and electrical engineering, flight, materials and process, mechanical and structural, production, industrial, software, systems, and test and evaluation engineering.
- Tour state-of-the-art manufacturing and research facilities to experience products firsthand.
- Build a professional network through social events and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with teams to gain skills and knowledge relevant to a career in the aerospace industry.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, majoring in a core engineering or applied sciences discipline, with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Ability to work full-time for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- Strong academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills, demonstrated through leadership or team participation.
- Ability to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person.
