About the role#
The Boeing Summer 2027 Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) and Property Management organizations. Interns will work on real-world projects, learn from industry experts, and contribute to the maintenance and operational efficiency of Boeing facilities and infrastructure. This is a full-time, paid internship lasting 10-12 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with a mentor in your field of study to find solutions to professional challenges.
- Assist in maintaining, analyzing, and producing metrics related to the Property Management lifecycle, including inventory reconciliation and contract review.
- Experience Boeing products by touring manufacturing and research facilities.
- Interact with company leaders to discuss business strategy and the future of the aerospace industry.
- Build a professional network through organized social events and activities.
- Support various functional areas such as project administration, construction management, facilities analysis, systems integration, and business operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
- Academic excellence with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Previous business or related internship/work experience, or involvement in student/civic organizations.
- A passion for the aerospace industry.
- Majors considered include Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, and Economics.
- Must be a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15. Boeing will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

- Locations: Everett, WA; Heath, OH; Huntsville, AL; Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, and Long Beach, CA; Berkeley and Hazelwood, MO; Renton, Seattle, Auburn, and Tukwila, WA; Ridley Park, PA; Mesa, AZ; and North Charleston, SC.
- Modality: These positions are on-site, with some opportunities offering hybrid or virtual arrangements at the discretion of the hiring team.
- Shift: First shift.
