About the role#
This internship provides engineering students with hands-on experience in the machinery manufacturing industry. You will work on real-world projects, collaborate with skilled professionals, and contribute to quality engineering programs. This role is a full-time commitment for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Test company products to ensure performance standards.
- Analyze quality data to support improvement activities.
- Use statistical tools for measurement analysis.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process verification improvements.
- Participate in root-cause analysis, data compilation, and quality audits.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in an engineering program, specifically Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- This position is on-site at one of our facilities in Bismarck, Fargo, or Wahpeton, North Dakota; Johnson Creek, Wisconsin; Litchfield, Minnesota; or Statesville, North Carolina.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term.
