About the role#
This student experience offers a chance to apply your classroom knowledge to real projects at Bobcat Company. You will work alongside professionals in the machinery manufacturing industry to support our innovation initiatives. This is a paid, full-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Help prepare, facilitate, and document ideation events.
- Assist with mock-up, tear-down, and prototype build activities.
- Prepare and execute innovation accelerated events.
- Research and implement current innovation theories and practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

- This role is based on-site in West Fargo, North Dakota, or Bismarck, North Dakota.
- The position is full-time for the Winter 2027 term.
- This is a paid internship.
