About the role#
The BNY Wealth Summer Internship is a 10-week program designed to provide hands-on experience within a global financial services institution. Interns work with teams that assist individuals and families in building, managing, and sustaining wealth across various market cycles. This role offers exposure to the client service model, including investing, borrowing, spending, tax management, and legacy protection.
What you'll do#
- Support teams that help clients build and manage wealth.
- Gain insight into BNY Wealth’s client service model and its core practices.
- Assist with research, analysis, and projects that deliver wealth management solutions.
- Collaborate with professionals across the business to understand how the firm helps clients preserve and grow assets.
- Participate in enterprise-wide development programming, including speaker series and networking opportunities.
- Engage with structured mentorship from managers, senior leaders, and peer mentors.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program, with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Expected graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work without sponsorship for an employment visa.
