About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within the Wealth Management group to support program strategy, project execution, and operational processes. You will contribute to the design and management of core initiatives while working alongside internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Support the management and execution of assigned business programs and projects.
- Analyze current operations and research industry trends to provide input on program strategy.
- Document program risks and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Gather and format data for reports and dashboards to track metrics and milestones.
- Assist with change management activities and the development of tailored communications.
- Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework to protect the bank while executing tasks.
- Handle complex tasks, including escalations and exception requests.
What you'll need#
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is desirable, though an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Specialized knowledge relevant to wealth management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organization, collaboration, and team-working abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
