About the role#
This internship reports to the Omnichannel Brand Manager. It offers a mix of graphic design and marketing coordination tasks. You will learn the foundations of marketing within the consumer packaged goods industry. The work covers branded, licensed, and private label products across grocery, mass, and club retail channels.
What you'll do#
- Conduct retailer site audits to review content, identify trends, analyze competitors, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare marketing materials and information for the sales team and retail account needs.
- Support the creation of visual assets for projects, brands, and campaigns, including digital content, advertisements, and brochures.
- Audit, update, and create marketing materials to ensure they remain accurate.
- Collaborate with design, brand, project management, and sales teams to complete graphic design projects.
- Create packaging mockups for sales presentations and customer meetings.
- Assist with graphic portal requests and the kettle card program.
- Help the Junior Graphic Designer with packaging and creative design projects.
- Maintain systems for product launch content and ongoing product management updates.
- Track emerging trends in categories like soups, macaroni and cheese, chili, and prepared meals.
What you'll need#
- A current or recent bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage your time and meet deadlines.
- A genuine interest in creativity and soup.

- This role is based on-site in Warren, Rhode Island.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling start date.
