About the role#
This position supports the Instrumental Music Program at Blinn College. You will assist with administrative tasks and oversee the Machat Music Facility, specifically during hours when the building is used outside of the standard schedule.
What you'll do#
- Handle basic office tasks.
- Monitor the Machat Music Facility using a rotational schedule shared with other students.
- Organize room setups for rehearsals and class meetings.
- Help at contests and public events.
- Complete other tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Capability to manage basic office work.
- Ability to follow a rotational work schedule.
- Capacity to lead room setups for classes and rehearsals.
- Availability to monitor the facility outside of regular business hours.
- Enrollment in Media Studies, Communications, or Business Administration programs.
