About the role#
The Student Center Coordinator supports the Student Leadership Activities Department to keep the Student Center running smoothly. You will serve as the primary point of contact for students and visitors while helping coordinate events across campus facilities.
What you'll do#
- Manage the front desk and resolve customer service requests by identifying issues and finding solutions.
- Coordinate facility usage for the Bryan Student Center, Administration Building, and RELLIS campus with staff, students, and the community.
- Handle department administrative tasks, including submitting purchase requests for the department and student clubs.
- Track facility usage and attendance data to maintain accurate logs.
- Assist with event logistics, including setup and teardown, as well as general office duties.
- Maintain inventory records and oversee the lost and found area.
What you'll need#
- Experience with basic office management and general administrative tasks.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Ability to act as the first point of contact for visitors and students.
- Skills in maintaining inventory and keeping detailed records.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Human Resources.

- This position is based in Bryan, Texas.
- This is an on-site, part-time, paid role.
