Physical Therapist Assistant

About the role#

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with access to mentorship, professional development, and clinical learning programs. We are looking for clinicians who are dedicated to helping patients regain mobility and return to their daily activities.

What you'll do#

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Continue professional growth through mentorship and learning programs.

What you'll need#

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Georgia PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for helping patients recover movement.
• Ability to deliver evidence-based care.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients.
