Physical Therapist Assistant

About the role#

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Duluth, Georgia. This role is designed for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients recover movement and return to their daily activities. You will work in a collaborative environment supported by mentorship and clinical tools designed to streamline documentation and prioritize patient care.

What you'll do#

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Participate in ongoing professional growth through mentorship and learning programs.

What you'll need#

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Georgia PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• A commitment to patient recovery and movement health.
• Preferred educational backgrounds include Nursing, Health Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Kinesiology, or Public Health.

• Compensation: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour, plus an achievable monthly clinical bonus program.
