About the role#
Behavioral Health Network (BHN) offers internship opportunities for undergraduate students to gain hands-on experience in the mental health care industry. Interns work alongside experienced professionals on projects that support the organization's mission and operations. This is a paid, full-time, on-site program based in Springfield, Massachusetts, with rolling start dates.
What you'll do#
- Participate in department projects and organizational initiatives.
- Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
- Assist with process improvement efforts and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the organization.
- Gain exposure to leadership, strategic planning, and healthcare operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Health Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Data Science.
- Interest in behavioral healthcare, business, technology, or administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other standard technology platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to professionalism, diversity, inclusion, and the BHN mission.
