    About the role#

    BBYO is seeking an intern to support the operational and programmatic efforts of the AZA & BBG movement. This role focuses on project management, systems development, and content creation to support teen leadership initiatives. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Teen Leadership to maintain and improve the resources used by chapters worldwide.

    What you'll do#

    • Support content generation for the Program Bank and Toolbox by editing resources and converting immersive experiences into clear templates for teens and advisors.
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the International Leadership Network and assist with movement-wide communications.
    • Analyze data from platforms like Salesforce and teen surveys to identify trends and suggest improvements.
    • Provide administrative oversight for movement initiatives, including Stand UP, International Awards, and BBYO On Demand.
    • Handle in-office operational tasks at the Washington, D.C. hub, such as supply management, printing, and organizing materials.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited university.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in or willingness to learn Airtable, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
    • Ability to work 15-19 hours per week.
    • A background in BBYO or a similar youth or Jewish organization is preferred.
    • Majors in Communications, Business Administration, Political Science, or Psychology are relevant to this role.

    Location & details#

    • Term: Fall 2026
    • Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid work modality available)
    • Compensation: Paid ($18.40 per hour)
    • Employment Type: Part-time, 15-19 hours per week
    • Note: This position requires unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
