About the role#
BBYO is seeking an intern to support the operational and programmatic needs of the AZA & BBG Movement. This role focuses on project management, systems development, and content creation to support Jewish teens globally. The position reports to the Senior Director of Teen Leadership and is ideal for a candidate interested in data organization, process management, and logistics.
What you'll do#
- Support content generation for the BBYO Program Bank and Toolbox, including drafting templates for emails, program planning, and project management.
- Convert immersive experiences into clear, easy-to-use templates for teens and advisors.
- Review data from platforms like Salesforce and teen surveys to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the International Leadership Network and support Movement-wide communications.
- Provide administrative oversight for AZA & BBG Movement Initiatives, including Stand UP, International Awards, and BBYO On Demand.
- Handle operational tasks such as supply management, printing, and organizing materials for programs and events.
- Assist with research and project support, including identifying experiential vendors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited university.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in, or a willingness to learn, Airtable, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Ability to work 15-19 hours per week.
- A background in BBYO or a similar youth or Jewish organization is preferred.
- Academic focus in Communications, Business Administration, Political Science, or Psychology is preferred.
Location & details#
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-person at the Washington, D.C. hub is preferred but not required).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship at $18.40 per hour.
- Sponsorship: Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship is provided.
