    About the role#

    The Office of the President at Baylor University is looking for a student worker to assist with daily operations. This position provides general office support and customer service in a professional setting. You will work at least 10 hours per week between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.

    What you'll do#

    • Run errands on and off campus.
    • Sort, file, and copy correspondence and incoming mail.
    • Greet guests and answer phones, providing basic information or directing callers to the right person.
    • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
    • Track office supply inventory.
    • Handle administrative duties and special projects as they arise.

    What you'll need#

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • A basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • A willingness to learn new skills and programs.
    • The ability to maintain confidentiality and follow University policies.
    • Consistent and punctual attendance.

    • This role is located at Pat Neff Hall in Waco, Texas.
    • This is a paid, part-time, on-site position.
