About the role#
The Enrollment Marketing Intern works with the Assistant Director of Marketing Strategy in the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences. You will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of marketing strategies for online and hybrid graduate programs. This role provides practical experience with marketing strategy, data analysis, and day-to-day project management in a professional office setting.
What you'll do#
- Research peer and competitor graduate programs, student audiences, employment trends, salaries, and industry demand.
- Organize research findings into comparison charts and project summaries.
- Conduct social listening to identify prospective student questions, interests, and emerging themes.
- Audit website content to find outdated information, broken links, and content gaps.
- Draft initial web and email copy.
- Create basic graphic assets for print, digital, and social media.
- Provide administrative and project support for college marketing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Baylor University.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to attend consistent in-person meetings during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to follow University policies and maintain regular attendance.
- Preferred: Coursework or experience in statistics, data analysis, marketing, graphic design, or communications, as well as experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools.

- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: 10 hours per week.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Modality: Hybrid, with required in-person meetings at the Hankamer Academic Building.
