About the role#
The Grow@BASF Internship Program is a 12-week summer experience for undergraduate students. You will work alongside experienced team members within the Agricultural Solutions division. This role focuses on connecting BASF products with growers, customers, and field teams. You will gain exposure to sales, marketing, and technical services through hands-on projects and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with field agronomic, sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Support projects involving seed treatments, fungicides, herbicides, and other crop solutions.
- Assist with field trials and grower projects by collecting and analyzing data.
- Troubleshoot results, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Test and implement new solutions in the field.
- Support customer tours, field days, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build professional relationships with growers, customers, and BASF staff.
- Develop your technical knowledge and communication skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- An interest in agriculture and field-based work.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site and field-based, with assignments located across various sites in the United States, including research farms.
