About the role#
This 12-week summer internship offers undergraduate students the chance to work with BASF field agronomic, sales, marketing, and technical teams. You will gain experience across the Agricultural Solutions business, supporting projects that connect our products with growers and field teams. This is a field-based role that provides hands-on experience and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Support localized projects involving seed treatments, fungicides, herbicides, and other crop solutions.
- Assist with field trials and grower projects by collecting and analyzing data.
- Troubleshoot results, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Help test and implement new solutions.
- Support customer tours, field days, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build relationships with growers, customers, and BASF professionals.
- Develop your technical knowledge and communication skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- Location: North Carolina, United States (with potential for assignments at research farms or other field-based locations across the U.S.).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
