About the role#
Baptist Health offers a 4-month paid internship for aspiring Mammography Technologists at the Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center. This full-time program provides clinical training for those looking to earn their ARRT Mammography certification. Upon successful completion, interns are eligible for open full-time, part-time, or PRN roles within the system.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience in Mammography imaging under the direct supervision of registered technologists.
- Assist with patient screenings, transport, and record management.
- Perform Mammography exams as your training progresses.
- Complete the specific clinical procedures required for the ARRT Mammography registry.
What you'll need#
- Graduation from an approved School of Radiology.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid CRT licensure.
- Ability to meet ARRT ethics and education standards.
- A commitment to sit for the ARRT Mammography exam after the program ends.

- Location: Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
