About the role#
We are hiring students at Anderson University to join the team at Freshens. This is a part-time, on-site role that supports our daily food service operations on campus.
What you'll do#
- Prepare hot and cold food items.
- Store food correctly by following temperature requirements and monitoring for spoilage.
- Set up service stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
- Serve guests in the dining and retail areas while following service procedures.
- Clean and sanitize your workstation and equipment.
- Manage multiple tasks at once to keep service running smoothly.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student at Anderson University.
- You can work a flexible part-time schedule on campus.
- You have a strong work ethic.
- You communicate professionally and respectfully with team members, supervisors, and customers.
- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
