About the role#
The ASPire Enterprise Solutions Internship is a 10-week summer program for students entering their final year of study. You will gain exposure to the firm by joining either the Business Management or Lending Operations and Transformation teams. You will participate in a training curriculum, work on multiple assignments at once, and present your findings directly to senior leadership. Throughout the program, you will receive coaching and feedback from firm leaders.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic and operational initiatives.
- Assist with business analysis, process optimization, and strategic projects.
- Support specific business lines on transaction governance, control-related initiatives, vendor management, and audit support.
- Focus on optimizing and modernizing the firm's lending platform and processes.
- Work on data-driven process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational analytics.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, identify risks, and develop solutions to support business initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited degree program.
- Expected graduation in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong academic record.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High standards for ethics and integrity.
