About the role#
The BCBA Intern Trainer role is a full-time position focused on the development of future clinicians. You will oversee the internship program at the Atlanta Autism Center, ensuring all activities align with BACB standards. This role balances clinical oversight with professional mentorship to prepare interns for careers as Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
What you'll do#
- Supervise all assigned BCBA interns.
- Implement the internship program according to BACB guidelines and standards.
- Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options tailored to individual client needs.
- Prepare interns for successful careers as BCBAs.
- Consult with parents and caregivers regarding educational, programming, and behavioral supports.
What you'll need#
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a BCBA.
- At least 8 years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with autism or intellectual and developmental delays.
- Proven ability to implement behavioral support service delivery options.
- Experience consulting with families on behavioral and educational programming.
- Strong mentorship skills to guide and develop interns.

- Compensation: $85,000 to $110,000 base salary plus bonus incentives.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
