The BCBA Intern Trainer oversees the development and supervision of interns within the Atlanta Autism Center. This position focuses on preparing future BCBAs for their careers by ensuring all training aligns with BACB standards and guidelines. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Supervise all assigned BCBA interns.
- Implement the AAC internship program in accordance with BACB standards and guidelines.
- Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options tailored to individual client needs.
- Prepare interns for successful careers as BCBAs.
- Consult with parents and caregivers regarding proactive, educational, programming, and behavioral supports.
What you'll need#
- At least 4 years of experience working as a BCBA.
- At least 8 years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with autism and/or intellectual/developmental delays.
- Proven experience implementing behavioral support service delivery options.
- Demonstrated ability to consult with parents and caregivers on educational and behavioral programming.
- Strong mentorship skills.
- Educational background in Psychology, Public Health, Nursing, Human Resources, or Sociology.

- Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 base salary plus bonus incentives
