About the role#
This part-time Financial Co-Op position offers students a way to build financial expertise while finishing their degree. You will work on various projects, contribute to strategic growth, and develop leadership skills within the organization. This is a year-round role that requires you to work on-site in Dallas.
What you'll do#
- Engage with the Finance, Accounting, and Financial Leadership development programs to gain hands-on experience.
- Work on assigned projects that provide exposure to practical tasks.
- Build and maintain relationships with co-workers and supervisors.
- Contribute to process improvements and communicate results to managers.
- Gain comprehensive financial experience to prepare for your future career.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- At least one year of courses remaining before graduation.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Ability to work under detailed supervision and follow outlined procedures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas.
