About the role#
The Treasury Operations team manages American Tower's global liquidity, financial assets, and banking relationships. As a Treasury Co-op, you will support the team in monitoring cash flows, reporting on liquidity positions, and maintaining intercompany funding requirements. You will work on day-to-day treasury tasks and contribute to the automation of cash management functions.
What you'll do#
- Update and monitor daily liquidity positions for subsidiaries.
- Facilitate treasury payments using Oracle R12, Fides, and Reval.
- Manage letters of credit, facilities, intercompany loans, and banking fees within Reval.
- Administer bank accounts and signatory controls, including FBAR support.
- Assist with the automation of cash management processes and the continuous improvement of treasury systems.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting or Finance.
- 0-3 years of experience in a Finance or Treasury organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective written and oral communication skills for working with various functional groups.
- Experience with Oracle systems and treasury management software like Reval is preferred.
