About the role#
The Business Immersion Program Internship serves as our primary talent pipeline for full-time roles. This 10-week summer experience allows you to gain foundational knowledge of our business, contribute to projects, and build relationships with leaders across the organization. You will be assigned to one specific team for the duration of the summer, such as Operational Finance, Corporate Finance, Real Estate, or Supply Chain.
What you'll do#
- Build skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and emerging AI-enabled tools.
- Turn financial analysis into actionable insights and perform accurate financial reporting.
- Break down complex business problems and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in structured onboarding and programming to build community and network with teammates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other interns on a capstone project.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited higher education institution with at least 90 credit hours completed by the start date.
- Foundational knowledge of finance, accounting, or business concepts.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Preferred fields of study include Finance, Accounting, and Economics, though all disciplines are welcome to apply.
Location & details#
- Locations: Canonsburg, Pennsylvania or Houston, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to August 12).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-office Monday through Thursday, with remote work optional on Fridays).
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $19.50 per hour.
- Note: Relocation assistance is not provided.
