About the role#
The Business Immersion Program Internship is our primary talent pipeline for early career opportunities. This 10-week summer experience focuses on foundational business knowledge, professional skill development, and building relationships across the organization. You will join a specific team for the duration of the summer to contribute to meaningful projects and explore how to drive our mission of connecting people and businesses.
What you'll do#
- Support projects and enhance processes within your assigned team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strong business outcomes.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve operational performance.
- Engage with emerging AI-enabled tools and technologies.
- Strengthen your problem-solving skills and deepen your understanding of project management.
- Work cross-functionally with a team of interns on a capstone project to apply your summer learnings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program with at least 90 credit hours completed by the start date.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data with formulas and pivot tables.
- Analytical thinking skills to evaluate information and develop recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team.
- A growth mindset and curiosity to learn new skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in either Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, or Houston, Texas.
- We follow a hybrid work model, with time in the office Monday through Thursday and an option to work remotely on Fridays.
