About the role#
The Business Immersion Program Internship serves as a talent pipeline for early career opportunities at Crown Castle. This 10-week summer program helps you build professional skills, learn our business, and connect with leaders across the organization. You will be assigned to a specific team for the duration of the summer, such as Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Process Improvement. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
You will work on a dedicated team to solve business problems using data and technology. Your core responsibilities include:
- Developing business and technical capabilities.
- Building foundational skills in analytics, process improvement, and AI-enabled tools.
- Turning data into actionable insights and communicating recommendations.
- Contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Participating in structured onboarding and networking events.
- Collaborating with a team of interns on a capstone project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program with at least 90 credit hours completed by June 7, 2027.
- A background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative field.
- Basic knowledge of analytics, software engineering, automation, machine learning, or data visualization.
- Familiarity with Python and data visualization tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A curious mindset and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Locations: Canonsburg, Pennsylvania or Houston, Texas.
- Term: June 7 to August 12, 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Modality: Hybrid (in-office Monday through Thursday, remote optional on Fridays).
- Compensation: $19.50 per hour.
