About the role#
This 10-12 week summer internship is part of the Finance Leadership Development Program. It provides experience through structured assignments, strategic projects, and exposure to various corporate finance disciplines. The program aims to prepare interns for consideration for the full-time program upon graduation. You will contribute to cross-functional team initiatives and focus on organizational growth.
What you'll do#
- Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and short or long-term planning.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics to assess progress.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Oversee the preparation and management of company budgets and monitor actual performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives, investments, and financial opportunities.
- Perform data forecasting and financial analysis for book close and ad hoc business cases.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related specialty.
- Estimated graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Three or more years of full-time work experience, excluding internships.
- Ability to collaborate on complex issues and thrive in a leadership position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams at all levels.

- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This position requires on-site, in-office presence 5 days a week.
- Employment: This is a paid, full-time temporary role.
