About the role#
This co-op position offers experience across both the Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams. You will support the monthly financial close process, assist with financial analysis, and contribute to reporting for the Retirement division. This role is a full-time, paid opportunity based on-site in Dresher, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for the monthly close.
- Assist with balance sheet account analyses and fluctuation reviews.
- Participate in monthly flash meetings and support P&L analysis.
- Compile monthly reporting packages for senior management.
- Work on finance projects including profitability studies and budget or forecast preparation.
- Gain experience with ERP and reporting systems like CloudSuite and Cognos TM1.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Accounting or Finance degree program.
- Strong spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to handle and protect confidential data securely.
