    About the role#

    The Spine Product Management team at Arthrex develops and maintains a portfolio of surgical devices for ultra-minimally invasive spine surgery. This internship provides an opportunity to support strategic product launches and collaborate with cross-functional teams on the development of new product features.

    What you'll do#

    • Partner with teams to integrate new products and design features into the product roadmap.
    • Conduct primary and secondary research to evaluate competitive and market trends.
    • Use the IMS Hospital Supply Index Database to gather and analyze competitor sales data.
    • Develop marketing collateral and provide brand management support.
    • Communicate with surgeons and the sales force to conduct surveys and identify trends.
    • Build PowerPoint presentations to communicate data and present on various topics.
    • Coordinate product development labs and manage product demos or samples.
    • Work with cadaveric specimens to research and implement prototype surgical devices.

    What you'll need#

    • Progress towards a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Preference for college juniors or above. Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date.
    • Ability to work with and around cadaveric specimens.
    • Intermediate to expert computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal direction.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Naples, Florida.
    • Term: Summer 2027 (May to August).
    • Work Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
    • This is a paid, full-time internship.
