About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience with trade compliance, export operations, and global logistics. You will work with the Global Trade team to maintain accurate records, support daily export activities, and assist with data projects. This is a paid position based in Fort Myers, Florida, running from January 2027 through April 2027. We are looking for someone available to work 20 to 30 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Review and clean data for Global Trade Power BI dashboards to support reporting.
- Track daily export shipments and update details like export dates and ports.
- Organize export records for government-contracted accounts to ensure files are complete.
- Compare Bill of Materials information across different systems to find discrepancies.
- Gather and organize documentation required for Letter of Credit transactions.
- Collect supplier and product information to assist with Free Trade Agreement reviews.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a college degree in Supply Chain Management, International Relations, International Business, or Data Analytics.
- Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
