About the role#
The Arthrex Experience (AX) team manages customer visits and campus experiences. You will support the planning and execution of these events, helping to showcase innovation and company culture. This is a paid, full-time internship running from January 2027 through April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist the AX Marketing Lead with marketing and communication initiatives.
- Collect and present notes for Health Care Professionals and Administrators to prepare internal teams for meetings.
- Track, analyze, and present visit metrics for on-site activities.
- Monitor the team inbox and triage incoming requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on projects like training guides and education materials.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, specifically in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Hospitality.
- Status as a college senior or above. Recent graduates are eligible if they are within six months of their graduation date.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and public speaking skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Location & details#
- Location: Naples, Florida.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Availability: At least 25 hours per week.
