About the role#
Arizona Christian University is hiring a Student Worker for the Online Admissions team. This role focuses on connecting with prospective students to share information about our degree programs, financial aid, and the admissions process. You will support our mission by guiding students and their families as they make decisions about their education. This position requires a commitment to the university's faith statement and mission.
What you'll do#
- Reach out to prospective online students using phone, email, and other channels.
- Make between 100 and 150 calls to prospective students every day.
- Explain academic programs, financial aid options, and admissions steps.
- Build relationships with families to help them navigate the enrollment process.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and follow up with applicants.
- Support students and staff from a biblical worldview through mentorship and prayer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Arizona Christian University in good standing.
- Experience in tele-sales, customer service, or higher education admissions.
- Ability to manage a high volume of daily phone calls.
- Completion of a FAFSA.
- Alignment with the university's Christian mission and willingness to sign the Statement of Faith annually.

- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours or less per week.
