About the role#
As an Information Technology Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the technology services that keep our business running. You will work within areas such as Reigning Champ Technology, Food & Beverage Technology, or Service Excellence. This role provides exposure to how technology, data, and analytics enable our business operations and future growth.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology activities and initiatives.
- Gather, organize, and analyze information to help teams make informed decisions.
- Assist with initiative tracking, documentation, reporting, and communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team effectiveness.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support solution delivery.
- Contribute to research, analysis, and problem solving across a variety of business and technology topics.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with a preferred graduation date between April 2027 and April 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Skills and experience with IT, information systems, or management information systems.
- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- Strong organizational skills with an appreciation for structure, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
- Passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry.
- Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- Interest in business operations, project management, digital strategy, or technology-enabled transformation.
